Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Sandy, Utah seeks an SBA Loan Closing Specialist to manage closing processes for SBA 7(a), 504 and Express loans in compliance with SBA, CFPB and NCUA guidelines. You will coordinate with officers, borrowers, title and other third parties to document and fund loans up to $2 million.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SBA eligibility requirements and loan documentation processes.
• Experience with gathering and organizing loan documents for SBA packaging.
• Ability to stay current on SBA regulations and MACU procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, package, document and fund SBA loans up to $2 million.
• Prepare closing documentation and ensure SBA eligibility is met.
• Communicate with title companies, insurance providers, and SBA to clear exceptions and lien positions.
• Review tax transcripts and prepare loan memorandums.
• Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with SBA rules.
