Mountain America Credit Union seeks a dedicated SBA Loan Closing Specialist to manage the closing process for SBA 7(a), Express, and 504 loans in compliance with SBA, CFPB and NCUA rules. You will work with loan officers, underwriters, title companies and other third parties to package, document and fund loans up to $2 million, ensuring accuracy and timely closings.

Requires at least one year of loan closing experience and a two-year degree or equivalent; proficiency with SBA ETran and core

Qualificações

• Knowledge of SBA eligibility requirements and loan documentation processes.
• Ability to review, prepare and package SBA loan documents and closings.
• Strong written communication for memos and loan files.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and fund SBA loans up to $2 million in complex/less complex scenarios.
• Review loan files to ensure SBA eligibility and compliance with SOPs, policy and regulations.
• Prepare and file UCC searches, liens and related collateral perfection.
• Maintain accurate loan file records and communicate with SBA, title companies and borrowers.
