Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in banking or SBA products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SBA closing and documentation processes.
• Proficiency with MS Windows/Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SBA SOPs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive loan closing process by gathering required documents from borrowers.
• Coordinate with SBA RMs, counsel, title companies, escrow officers, and other partners to close loans.
• Ensure packages are complete and documents are executed prior to booking.
• Fund loans and manage draws as applicable.
