Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an experienced Loan Servicer specialist to support SBA, CRE, and Long-Term Mortgage portfolios. You will assist with training, onboarding, and performance reviews to help grow the servicing team's expertise.

The role acts as an escalation point for complex servicing matters, coordinates with branches and internal departments, and ensures high member service while maintaining compliance with Federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Four years in a financial setting with loan servicing or lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; additional professional experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to members and resolve loan servicing issues.
• Assist SBA, CRE, and LTM loan servicing supervisors with data analysis and trend reporting.
• Train and mentor Servicers in SBA/CRE/LTM servicing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and maintain organized files on error resolution.
