Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of commercial credit, relationship banking or related experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills required.
• Advanced knowledge of SBA lending products and services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops SBA loan financing for business customers, focusing on owner/user real estate purchases.
• Spend more than 80% of time on outside sales activities to generate SBA lending opportunities.
• Gathers, analyzes and discusses credit information to determine credit quality and SBA financing suitability.
• Delivers loan packages from application through closing, including commitment letters and program details.
• Builds profitable lending relationships and cross-sell additional products and services.
