Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in screening, processing and booking SBA 504 and SBA 7A loans.
• Desirable additional lending experience in SBA loans.
• Financial sales and lending abilities are required with strong credit knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source SBA government-guaranteed loans outside the bank's geographic area.
• Identify and solicit new business relationships.
• Interview loan applicants to assess business needs and risk.
• Assemble loan packages and assist in closing processes.
• Cross-sell bank products to existing and new customers.
• Generate referrals to other bank departments.
• Participate in external community activities to promote Firstrust Bank.
