Qualifications

• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a personal business plan and marketing strategy.
• Maintain a referral network targeting business brokers and professionals.
• Structure, present, and guide lending opportunities through the application process.
