Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in screening, processing and booking SBA 504 and SBA 7A loans.
• Additional lending experience in SBA loans desirable.
• Financial sales and lending abilities required; in-depth credit and lending knowledge.
• MS Office Suite skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills required.

Responsibilities

• External self-sourcing SBA-government guaranteed loans within the Bank's geographic territory.
• Identify and solicit new business relationships.
• Interview loan applicants to determine risk and needs.
• Assemble loan packages and assist in closing processes.
• Cross-sell business products to existing customers and prospects.
• Generate referrals to other bank departments.
• Participate in external community activities to promote Firstrust Bank and develop a referral network.
