Job summary

FFB Bank in Oregon seeks a Government Guaranteed Lending Department SBA Business Development Officer to solicit and develop SBA 7(a), 504, and USDA B&I loan transactions. These roles require compliance with agency policies and proactive client engagement to reach production goals.

You will build strong client relationships, manage CRM activity, and coordinate with processors and underwriters to move loan files to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3-5 years in banking, financial services, or related.
• Ability to align SBA goals with bank objectives; cross-sell products.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive long-term business.
• Use CRM to track interactions and manage pipeline.
• Coordinate with loan processor/closer and underwriter.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff.
