Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience including direct SBA loan origination.
• Proficient knowledge of SBA SOP and federal/state lending regulations.
• Strong ability to structure complex transactions within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and originate SBA real estate and loan opportunities.
• Serve as the external face of the bank's lending program.
• Analyze financial statements and assess credit qualifications.
• Collect and manage documentation for processing and closing.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership.
