Sur La Table is seeking a Chef Instructor, Savory to lead hands-on savory cooking classes and drive in-store sales through engaging instruction. You’ll deliver educational experiences that align with brand standards and recipes, inspiring repeat visits and customer loyalty.

The role supports store operations with setup, safety, and ongoing product knowledge, while promoting cookware, cutlery, and kitchen tools through interactive sessions.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older at time of employment.
• Culinary arts degree preferred; extensive culinary experience can substitute.
• 1–2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver savory cooking classes with clear, engaging instruction and consistency.
