Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Basic cooking techniques and knife handling skills.
• Basic food cost knowledge.
• Understanding and applying kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently prepare high-quality dishes following standard portions and kitchen rules.
• Maintain food quality and consistency across all dishes.
• Adhere to health and sanitation regulations.
• Stock and replenish food at line stations to ensure smooth service.
• Keep work stations clean and organized including equipment.
• Prepare items for broiling, grilling, frying, or sautéing with proper seasoning.
• Follow plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Assist in food prep during off-peak periods.
• Close the kitchen properly and follow closing checklists.
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff.
