The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is hiring a Line Cook in Springdale, Arkansas. You will uphold high quality cuisine, work in a team-focused environment, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

Competenze

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Positive energy and team player attitude.
• Able to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Effective communication with managers, employees and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Mansioni

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains the highest quality cuisine for guests, following portion sizes, methods, standards and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to all health regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing.
• Reports shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to Chef.
