Ibex Pittsburgh is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Representative to join a fast-paced team delivering satellite internet services. You will educate customers, promote plans, resolve issues, and help close sales while ensuring a top-notch experience.

This role offers paid training, in-person collaboration at 500 Penn Center Blvd, Monroeville, PA, and opportunities for growth within a global BPO leader. Shift includes early morning hours and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Able to explain technical information to everyday customers.

Responsibilities

• Inbound interactions to provide customer support while promoting satellite internet.
• Assist with activation, password resets, service plan management, and general information inquiries.
• Complete service order requests and negotiate when needed.
• Create a positive customer experience through empathy and problem resolution.
• Explain product benefits, speed, installation details, and service availability.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and quality metrics.
• Accurately process orders, update customer information, and document interactions.
• Collaborate with leaders and trainers to improve product knowledge.
