• Conduct inbound interactions to provide customer support while promoting satellite internet.
• Provide support with activating equipment, password resets, service plan management and general information inquiries.
• Complete service order requests and negotiate when needed.
• Create a positive customer experience through empathy, patience, and a commitment to resolving issues.
• Explain product benefits, speed, reliability, installation details and availability clearly.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion goals and quality metrics.
• Process orders, update customer information, and document interactions.
• Collaborate with leaders and trainers to improve product knowledge.
