Responsibilities
- Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
- Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance and drive revenue growth.
- Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing Accenture’s Utilities practice in pursuits.
