Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry or related delivery roles.
Experience delivering Customer Transformation projects and SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance and drive revenue growth.
Manage project teams and ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Lead business development activities and represent Accenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
Mentor team members and contribute to thought leadership on industry trends.
