Accenture is seeking a senior utilities consultant to lead strategic engagements in energy retail and customer service. You will drive digital transformation, improve customer experience, and deliver operational efficiencies across client programs.

You will act as the main client contact with senior leaders, shape strategies, guide delivery, and grow the practice through new opportunities, while mentoring teams and contributing to industry thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the Utility Industry and in Customer Service or Transformation delivery.
• 2+ years of functional SAP experience.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations and related technologies.
• Experience with major Customer Transformation and CIS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and revenue growth.
• Manage project teams, ensure delivery on time and budget, mentor juniors.
• Lead business development, craft proposals, and represent Accenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
• Contribute to thought leadership by staying current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
