Accenture is seeking a senior utility consultant in the US to lead digital transformation and customer service initiatives within our Utilities Practice. You will partner with energy providers to design and deliver systems that improve customer experience, streamline meter-to-cash processes, and drive operational efficiencies.

This role requires client leadership, strong SAP capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across projects with travel up to 25-100%.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in the Utility Industry or Customer Transformation projects.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP functional experience.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash and CIS implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic utility consulting engagements focusing on digital transformation.
• Serve as primary client contact with senior executives.
• Develop strategies to improve client performance and revenue growth.
• Manage project teams and ensure delivery against scope and budgets.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to sales pursuits.
• Mentor team members and stay current with industry trends.
