Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead strategic engagements in energy retail and customer service from the U.S. Northeast region, with a focus on digital transformation and operational efficiency. You will partner with senior executives to drive client outcomes and growth across major accounts.

You will guide delivery teams, contribute to business development, and stay ahead of industry trends while mentoring colleagues in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry and Customer Service project delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years of functional experience in SAP.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies.
• Expertise in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Associate degree requires 6+ years.
• Willingness to travel 25%–100% depending on project needs.
