Randstad Digital seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis during the design phase of a major SAP transformation. You will partner with program leadership to structure stakeholder interviews, define future-state change impacts, and create strategic communications collateral.

Based in Seattle, WA, this contract role requires on-site presence and hands-on leadership of OCM activities through

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years of core experience leading Organizational Change Management, stakeholder analysis, and communications for SAP/ERP implementations.
• Expertise conducting executive interviews and authoring formal enterprise Change Impact Assessments.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Seattle, WA (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the program’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy, communications planning, and change enablement approach.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize findings into formal Stakeholder and Change Impact Assessments.
• Map and track degree-of-change transitions from current-state processes to future-state SAP operations across all impacted teams.
• Draft program communications and stakeholder materials in American English aligned with corporate branding.
• Collaborate with PMO leadership and workstream leads to capture change drivers as technical designs solidify.
