Job summary

ApTask is seeking an experienced Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to guide a large-scale SAP Retail transformation. You will support business and technology teams through SAP implementation, process change, and adoption across retail functions.

In this role, you will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness, ensuring smooth adoption and sustained benefits in a complex, global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in large enterprise SAP programs.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / SAP Retail implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of retail processes such as Merchandising, POS, Inventory, Procurement, Pricing, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Order-to-Cash.
• Strong knowledge of change impact assessment, stakeholder management, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption.
• Experience in large, global organizations with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Familiarity with OCM methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR is preferred.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Skills required

5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within large enterprise SAP transformation programs.

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / SAP Retail implementations or transformation initiatives.

Understanding of retail processes such as Merchandising, POS, Inventory, Procurement, Pricing, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Order-to-Cash.

Strong knowledge of change impact assessment, stakeholder management, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption.

Experience working in large, complex, global organizations with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
