Randstad Digital seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis during the design phase of a major SAP transformation. You will partner with program leadership to structure stakeholder interviews, define future-state change impacts, and create strategic communications collateral.

Based in Seattle, WA, this contract role requires on-site presence and hands-on leadership of OCM activities through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years of core experience leading Organizational Change Management, stakeholder analysis, and communications for SAP/ERP implementations.
• Expertise conducting executive interviews and authoring formal enterprise Change Impact Assessments.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Seattle, WA (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

• Collaborate with PMO leadership and workstream leads to capture change drivers as technical designs solidify.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years of core experience leading Organizational Change Management, stakeholder analysis, and communications for SAP/ERP implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise conducting executive interviews and authoring formal enterprise Change Impact Assessments.
• Must be available to work full-time on-site in Seattle, WA (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prosci, CCMP, or recognized professional OCM certification.
• Experience within large-scale S/4HANA or Finance ERP transformation programs.
• Strong cross-functional alignment capabilities spanning technical, functional, and PMO workstreams.
