Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead complex SAP transformations and deliver high-quality solutions for external clients. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, drive strategy and execution, and manage risk across projects, with travel up to 40-60%.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of SAP experience, including RISE adoption and clean core development practices. EY offers a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years’ SAP implementation experience.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on use of SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Proficiency with S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield and SDT migrations.
• Able to work with cross-border teams and vendors in complex programs.
• Knowledge of clean core development principles and lifecycle integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage external clients; run sessions and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Travel to client sites as needed; guide teams and provide solution direction.
