Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation programs and drive measurable business value for clients. You will guide teams, manage complex workstreams, and ensure quality outcomes across diverse engagements in a globally connected EY network.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, hands-on SAP delivery, and coordinating with vendors and clients while maintaining risk controls and executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on with SAP BTP services, incl. Build, Integration Suite, and BDC.
Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP delivery (Joule) and agentic AI use cases.
Travel willingness: 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
Engage with external clients, participate in sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
