Job summary

EY helps clients transform SAP landscapes with an Agile business transformation approach enabled by SAP technologies. As a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will lead delivery of complex SAP programs, collaborate with external clients, and guide teams through planning, execution, and closure with a strong emphasis on quality and risk management.

The role requires 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience, deep SAP BTP and S/4HANA migration expertise, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on SAP BTP services experience: Build, Integration Suite, and BDC.
• Project experience using SAP Active methodology.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP Joule.
• Willing to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
