Role Overview

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant, you will leverage SAP technology to deliver innovative solutions that address client challenges in the digital era. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, designing functional solutions, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Payroll and Workforce Time and Attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Develop software components and services that integrate seamlessly with other systems.
• Advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors system capabilities and best practices.
• Configure and integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and functional analysis to support implementation.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll and time management solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to research and resolve client inquiries.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Skills
