Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive SAP Technical Senior to join our SuccessFactors team. You will leverage SAP technology to address organizational challenges in the digital era, focusing on strategic, user experience, and operational impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Write maintainable code and create specifications aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with client personnel and travel as needed for client meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
