Join EY as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant and help clients leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This role is based anywhere in the country and involves working within our dynamic SuccessFactors team to deliver innovative, business-centered solutions.

Role Overview

As a Senior Application Designer and Developer, you will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets, and develop software components that meet business needs. You will also act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful system configurations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to develop tailored SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
• Design and develop engaging user interfaces and maintain high-quality code.
• Manage project risks, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Travel as needed (estimated 40-60%) to meet with clients and gather requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and time management solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
