Role Overview

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant, you will work with clients to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on enhancing performance and productivity. Your responsibilities include requirement gathering, system configuration, and stakeholder engagement to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to develop effective SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
• Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP and non-SAP systems through configuration and coding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and functional solution design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong communication, technical, and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-60%.
