Role Overview

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant, you will leverage SAP technology to help clients improve their operations. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, designing functional solutions, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Payroll and Workforce Time and Attendance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, conduct analyses, and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets to enhance user experience.
• Develop clean, maintainable code and technical specifications.
• Manage project risks, monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
