Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior SAP Transformation Consultant to lead large, complex SAP Payroll and HR transformation programs. You will manage delivery, guide clients through SAP solutions, and coordinate multiple workstreams and offshore resources.

Travel to client sites will be regular; you will drive project profitability, ensure service quality, and show clients how SAP can solve critical business problems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll
• Minimum of 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
• Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
