Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation initiatives for client engagements across the United States. You’ll guide teams, manage risk, and drive delivery from planning through closure, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Willing to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and establish procedures that impact your work area.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure; travel as needed.
