Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an SAP Deployment Project Manager to drive SAP S/4HANA deployments across manufacturing and distribution environments. You will lead end-to-end deployment activities, coordinating with site teams, digital and solution teams, and external partners to ensure readiness, testing, cutover, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP deployment or ERP transformation experience.
• Strong project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated supply chain experience and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA deployment programs.
• Experience managing business readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Proven ability to manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment planning, readiness, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities for assigned sites and business units.
• Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate deployment activities across business, site, digital, and implementation partner teams.
• Ensure deployment readiness activities are completed on schedule and aligned with program objectives.
• Facilitate cutover rehearsals, go-live preparation, and hypercare support activities.
• Escalate risks, issues, and decisions that may impact scope, schedule, quality, or business continuity.
