Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist for SAP QM-focused work in a global manufacturing environment.

The role designs, builds, tests, and supports quality management solutions to satisfy business requirements across manufacturing sites in the US and abroad. You will analyze requirements, collaborate across business and IT teams, and ensure reliable data flows while contributing to continuous improvement of quality processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP QM and manufacturing applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Collaborate with business process teams, technical teams and stakeholders to design and build objects meeting requirements.
• Document detailed designs and support SAP QM enhancements.
• Ensure interfaces and data flows meet business requirements and Dow architecture standards.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to junior analysts and support resources.
