Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions across global manufacturing operations.

You will gather requirements, translate them into scalable tech solutions, and collaborate with process, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data flow and continuous improvement. You will guide junior analysts, document functional specs, and support project delivery while adhering to Dow standards and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in quality management or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.
• Designs and builds objects meeting requirements in collaboration with process and technical teams.
• Communicates status, metrics, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Applies software development methodologies to support work processes and document designs.
• Builds, tests and implements application objects and assists with issue resolution.
• Ensures designs meet Dow architecture standards and supportability.
