Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas using expanded conceptual and practical knowledge.
Works with business process teams, technical teams and stakeholders to design and build objects meeting requirements.
Communicates status, metrics, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Applies knowledge of software development methodologies to support work processes.
Documents detailed designs and builds, tests, and implements application objects.
Assists with issue resolution and ensures designs meet Dow architecture standards.
