Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions in a high-demand manufacturing setting in the United States.

You will analyze business needs, translate them into functional designs, and collaborate across SAP and non-SAP systems with business process teams. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with SAP QM/ECC/S/4HANA, and the ability to navigate a production-support environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience as noted.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Works with business process and technical teams to design and build objects.
• Communicates status, metrics, risks, and issues clearly.
• Applies SDLC knowledge to support processes and deliverables.
• Documents detailed designs and builds application objects.
• Assists with issue resolution and ensures alignment with Dow standards.
• Supports QM-related enhancements and project activities.
