Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience. US work authorization required.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Quality Management or related manufacturing applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Collaborates with business process and technical teams to design and build objects meeting requirements.
• Communicates status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Documents functional specifications, testing strategies, and support procedures.
• Supports SAP QM enhancements and projects across global manufacturing operations.
