Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design and support SAP QM and related quality systems. The role involves collaborating with quality, manufacturing and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

You will analyze requirements, develop designs, test and deploy objects, and provide guidance to junior members in a 24x7 manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience or 5+ years of relevant work.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Works with business process and technical teams to design and build objects meeting requirements.
• Communicates status, metrics, risks, and issues with stakeholders.
• Documents detailed designs and supports application objects.
• Lead QM enhancements and projects within SAP quality management.
