The role emphasizes SDLC rigor, problem solving, and strong communication to ensure reliable data flows and continuous improvement in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or military equivalent required; U.S. work eligibility.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IT or SAP environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional/technical areas.
• Designs, builds, tests and supports SAP QM enhancements and projects.
• Collaborates with business process teams, tech teams and stakeholders.
• Documents detailed designs and maintains functional specs.
• Supports incident management, upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments.
