Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solutions Specialist to design, develop, and support SAP QM solutions across global manufacturing operations. You will analyze business requirements, collaborate with process teams, and ensure reliable data flow and system reliability.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for guiding junior analysts and delivering compliant, scalable solutions. You will work within Dow architecture standards, support incident resolution, and contribute to project

Qualifications

Knowledge of end-to-end SDLC and software development processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with IT infrastructure, integrations, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for functional and technical areas.
Collaborate with business process and technical teams to design and build objects meeting requirements.
Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain functional specifications, testing strategies, and support procedures.
Support and maintain interfaces between QM solutions and integrated applications.
