Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Purchasing & Operations Support professional for a temporary hybrid role in South Carolina. You will process POs, manage order statuses in SAP, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and Outlook, SAP experience preferred, and multilingual skills a plus. Weekly pay and potential for hire are offered.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, distribution, customer service, or operations support preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, related industry experience, or multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process hardware, software, subscription, and licensing purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to service expectations.
• Maintain and update purchase order information in SAP, including estimated arrival dates and shipment status.
• Monitor open orders and resolve issues impacting delivery, invoicing, or customer expectations.
• Review and address blocked or parked invoices to support timely financial processing.
• Collaborate with supplier representatives, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate purchasing activities and provide order support.
• Build strong supplier relationships while supporting inventory flow, sales opportunities, and operational performance.

What your future day will look like:
