Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring an Order Entry Specialist to support order-to-cash activities in SAP for a client in Gloucester County, NJ. The role focuses on customer creation, order entry, acknowledgement, fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping with a strong emphasis on accuracy and urgency.

The position is fully on-site in West Deptford, with benefits and a potential bonus. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, contract-to-hire arrangements, and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP order entry processes.
• Experience in customer support and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities and manage time effectively.
• Strong history of collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a customer-centric work environment.
• Process oriented with experience managing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Input new customer information into SAP and enter orders accurately.
• Process orders from entry to fulfillment and invoicing.
• Update and maintain customer master data in SAP.
• Distribute essential documents to internal and external customers.
• Generate delivery documentation (picking lists, packing slips, BOL).
• Verify shipments and ensure accurate invoicing with related documents.
