LHH is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a consumer packaged goods company in Dayton, NJ. This temporary to permanent role requires order entry experience into SAP and excellent communication skills. The position is fully in office with hours from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• SAP ERP experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
• Manually enter customer orders into SAP for processing.
• Process return requests in SAP.
• Keep track of customer conversations in Salesforce.
• Provide updates to management regarding customer updates.
• Answer questions from customers as it pertains to orders, shipments, and issues.
