Job summary

Hunter Hamilton is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Order Entry Administrator to support the North America Customer Care team in Northbrook, IL.

This temporary, in‑office role (6 months) with potential extension requires accurate order entry in SAP, data maintenance for customers, and support for automation projects via Salesforce.

You will collaborate across teams, monitor the order inbox, and help ensure timely processing to meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, order entry, or admin support.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter direct and distributor orders into SAP accurately within 24–48 hours.
• Review POs, pricing, and documents for accuracy before entry.
• Create customer master records in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
• Support automation initiatives using Salesforce and SAP.
• Handle credit/debit memos and general admin tasks for accounts.
• Maintain organized records and participate in team meetings.
