Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into SAP with 24–48 hour turnaround.
• Review purchase orders, pricing, and customer documents for accuracy.
• Monitor order entry inbox and prioritize work.
• Identify order discrepancies and escalate issues.
• Create new customer master records in SAP.
• Support automation adoption with Salesforce and SAP.
• Validate data and follow up on automation initiatives.
• Assist with credit and debit memo requests.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings.
