Randstad USA is partnering with a premier manufacturing firm in Massachusetts to fill a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative role. You will focus on high-volume order management, data entry in SAP S/4HANA, and proactive communication with clients about their orders.

This position emphasizes order execution, accuracy, and database maintenance in a fast-paced industrial setting, with no sales responsibilities and limited face-to-face interaction. Drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Attention to order accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and manage customer orders from entry to shipment using SAP S/4HANA, ensuring precise contract verification, price tracking, order scheduling, and RMA processing.
• Respond promptly and accurately to incoming customer phone calls, providing timely updates on product availability, lead times, and order statuses.
• Maintain data integrity across SAP S/4HANA and CRM (Salesforce) systems through ongoing data entry, record updates, and system clean-up tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer support leadership to streamline order fulfillment workflows.
