Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Sales Support Specialist to support customer service and sales operations, with a focus on data cleanup, order entry, and order management using SAP S/4HANA. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and 3–5 years in customer service or sales support. Excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related customer service, order management, or sales support experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience with order entry.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleanup and customer order entry in SAP S/4HANA.
• Enter, process, and maintain customer orders from order placement through shipment.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Communicate order status and lead-time information to appropriate sales channels.
• Verify contracts and track pricing.
• Manage order scheduling and RMA processing within SAP.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
