• SAP experience required.
• Previous customer service, order management, or production coordination experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with EDI systems, inventory management, or shipping processes preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with production teams and customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production management and supervisors to monitor production schedules, parts availability, and customer orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping delays, and production concerns.
• Utilize SAP daily to review customer requirements, process orders, and generate reports.
• Monitor customer DDL systems to maintain appropriate inventory levels for production and service parts.
• Enter and process customer orders, including non-EDI orders.
• Process purchase requests, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with shipping, logistics, and order fulfillment as needed.
• Access customer DDL and SMART systems to retrieve order and production information.
• Prepare documentation for prototype and service part orders.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily manufacturing operations.
